All items are personalized, therefore they are non-refundable.
We are happy to replace any item damaged in transit. We must receive a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery confirmation by the USPS.
If the damage requires a full replacement, the postage will be paid by the seller. The customer has to provide proof that the original item is in the possession of USPS in order for us to ship out a brand new item.
We are always willing to make exceptions when there is a time constraint. This exception has to be done via email and agreed upon by both the sell and the customers.
